Treat stress at home.
At Consortia Care, highly-trained clinicians tackle high-stress situations and prevent stress leave by helping patients succeed in spite of their circumstances. That’s why our Clinical Pathway to Treat Stress (CPTS) is not like traditional counselling. We also provide professional health-care that helps people tackle the physical symptoms of stress (like chest tightness, fatigue and skin rashes) during pivotal moments in their life.
Expert counsellors treat anxiety, stress, grief or depression in clinic or at home to help patients step back into life when they are ready. In the meantime, we continuously build hope and help people overcome difficult situations in their life. For many patients, we rebuild solid relationships, meaning and achievement in life, at work and at home.
If you need after hours counselling, our clinic is open evenings and weekends. And, we aim to respond within 24 hours.
Our professional counsellors follow a proven set of techniques, and are trained in the application of psychological interventions (e.g. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to help patients manage high stress situations more effectively with less down time.
If you are experiencing mental health crisis and worried about next steps, please call (780) 482-4357 [Edmonton’s 24-hour Distress Line] or go to your nearest Emergency Room.
