Our Senior’s Mental Health program supports successful adaptation to grief, loss, and neurocognitive disorders.
With a physician referral, Edmonton seniors (age 65+) may qualify for 3 hours of funded home care with Adam, our Clinical Nurse Therapist.
This program offers:
- Home counselling and on-call supports
- House calls for urgent needs
- Neuropsychiatric assessments & care
- Nutrition support, coaching & referrals
- Medication management
- Supervised home exercise
