Hi! I’m Adam 👋

I am passionate about building Edmonton’s best Online Therapy and Home Care programs.

As the founder of ConsortiaCare.ca, I also am a Registered Nurse with diverse experience in primary care, behavioural health and oncology nursing. I have held a variety of nursing roles, with experience as a staff nurse, clinical consultant and nursing educator. I have also advanced several quality and practice improvement initiatives within the Edmonton region, and believe there is a better way to design systems of care.

In 2021, I graduated from the University of Derby with a Master of Science in Psychology, awarded with distinction. My thesis explored the experience of fatigue among Canadians simultaneously experiencing reduced social participation. I have also completed several practice-oriented courses, obtaining my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Trent University in 2009. Upon graduation from my undergraduate nursing program, I maintained a 3.9 cumulative GPA and was awarded the final-year award for clinical excellence.

As the managing director for ConsortiaCare.ca, I am passionate about building supportive environments that support human flourishing. This includes launching innovative options for virtual care, evidence-based clinical pathways and protocols, and Edmonton’s first comprehensive home care option for after-hours brain injury and post-stroke care. I am passionate about growing the basic science of environmental nursing and remain involved in several community nursing projects and initiatives.
