Connect. Practice. Grow.
Time to talk, regain confidence, and rebuild connection.
For men who get dressed up, but don’t go out.
Many men experience performance changes in social settings. In response, people might say things like “Just be yourself” or “Why can’t you just…”
Why can’t you just relax in social settings? As awkwardness and rejection compounds, social pain may begin to change default social interactions. Research says this shift is a big deal: loneliness/disconnection, lost income, feelings of inferiority and shame, and avoidance behaviours often follow.
Our group sessions help you reconnect in a supportive social setting (scaffolding), by modelling adaptive coping skills (co-regulation), and practising key skills (mirroring). We also specialize in healing social grief and issues of belonging through processes that promote acceptance and psychological flexibility.
